Well that's not to hard <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> just find a cool picture on the internet (google is good, or any other searchmachine) and then right click on it and go to the lowest little link, there you'll see URL, copy that and place it in the space where you need to select your avatar <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> hope that helps...
