Hi everyone. Tonight I rode my recumbent bike for 30 minutes. Kept a steady pace riding at about 13-14 mph. Nice workout.
Then I did my knee physical therapy exercises; 2 sets of 15 reps. I have the exercises from the last time I had knee surgery. My knees have been killing me so I thought I would try this.
I did shoulder shrugs, shoulder blade squeezes, neck releases, and wrists and ankle exercises.
I got out my OPTP foam roller, but I quickly discovered it was not safe with my arm in a sling. I should have known better. Luckily I didn't get hurt.
