We used to meet at Zilker Park in Austin, TX. The picnic tables sat at the foot of a huge hill. While the grownups were getting food ready, chatting and catching up, the kids hiked up the hill and log rolled down. I'm sure we ended up with twigs and grass all over our new clothes and carefully fixed hair, but we didn't care. I don't remember much about who brough what, but I'll never forget that hill.
