I am interested to see that many folk here have had experiences of Entities sitting at the end of their bed at night, as if these being are watching over them. I use to have the same experience as a child. The Entity appeared as a normal older man, wearing a trilby type hat. He would smile down at me, and tell me to close my eyes and he would watch over me as I slept. How I could see him in a darkened room I'm not sure of. I once spoke to my mother about my nightime visitor, and she told me it was probably her father, my granddad. He did have a reassuring face just like that of my granddad, who before he passed on was in the Sicillian Police Force, and much liked by the Community. Even the Germans during World War Two took a liking to him, because he was fair with Blue eyes, as am I. They knew he had some Germanic blood in him from way back. Mum said I inherited my eyes from Granddad everyone else in our family have dark brown eyes, except dad who had green eyes. Anyway I digress. Other Entities know how to cross from Paralel World to Paralel World. I think we're able to do that while meditating or in a state of Lucid Sleep, a kind of Astral Projection if you will. I once connected with a woman who lived over 40 kilometers from me using telepathy. I told her to expect me that day, but did not give her a time. She phoned me back and said excitedly 'I got you.' It was 1pm; numerologically my birthdate = number 1, with 11 being my first name and 8 being my second name. Even when I married I did not change the path of number 8. add 11 + 8= 19 = 10 = 1. So you can see why I chose 1pm to connect with her. It's my power number, as is 11.
Oh and did you know that only Blue eyed people are true relatives to each other? It's a recessive gene that connects us. I have a few Blue Eyed granddaughters, so they're well and truly my blood relatives :-)
Blessings
Margaret

Yes Maggie-
I have met with many in that state. I believe at one point in time we spoke to each other without words.
Did not know that about blue eyed people.
The figure at the end of the bed, I don't recall a moment like that, but I have encountered the bed rising up as if someone has just gotten off of the bed next to me. Twice this happened while I was wide awake.
The experiences we encounter are amazing, right?

This is interesting!
I've had the bed sinking sensation.
What's interesting to note is that, there are a few different types.
There's the one where you feel like you're sinking into the bed itself, but situational sinking, like the end of a bed or to one side -
That's different.

Yes Elleise-
I've had both the sinking to one side and the sinking in. I do not know what either means.
Furthermore, I have had that dream where you are being sucked into something, a dark hole or something. Then, I decided to scream for the person next to me and there is nothing. With all my might, I struggled and awakened only to discover that I was still asleep. So, I worked really hard to awaken once again.
Wish it hadn't frightened me so bad. I think there might have been something good for me on the other side of that.

From just what I've experienced...we'd be great fun to go on an outing together and see what happens,lol...
But overall, what I've come to terms w/as far as the sinking sensations is, when it's an all over sinking sensation and NOT that thingy where you're just falling asleep, it's usually somewhere in the midst of the '2-3:30'ish' era, so deep (what they call REM).
Scientifically - well sure, they have to call it something, but it's usually that time, I'd say we're in the deepest of sleep and that's when the "travel" is most preferable.
Basically, where two worlds collide.
