Today I am grateful I was able to see one of my horses (the other is out of state with a friend). I felt peaceful brushing her.
On the drive home I heard a song that reminded me of better days. It was a nice sunny day with blue skies and fluffy clouds, and for a moment I felt a bit of joy listening to that song. Joy is an emotion hard to come by for me right now, so it was nice to feel something good and happy even if just for a short time.

Yvonnie, you make a snow day sound almost nice. I dislike the snow so intensely. And the cold. And grey skies.

I'm not convinced being alive is a wonderful thing, but I don't feel like being dead, so I will start from there. :-)
Today I am grateful for Dan. I may not really have an idea what he is or isn't (officially) in my life, but I am grateful he is there.

You know that your time with animals is very balancing and healing for you right?

LOL, about the snow. I guess it is pretty sometimes. I will go that far. ;-)
