Albert Osei has opened a company that makes over 5,000 pots of porridge to sell on the streets of Accra, which provides hot breakfasts for commuters and students. When I was in Nigeria last month, I saw women carrying dishes on their heads. I figured they were bringing meals around to people who had either ordered the meal or were regular customers.

I also have a picture of a young man taking a tray of food down from his head and served a couple of men their breakfast. I took this picture in Lagos, Nigeria.

His saying is motivating! Indeed every steps needs passionate and down-the-earth spirits to deal with, it is the passionate that works a lot to determine the achievement we gonna harvest.
