what's the prob? just go to avatar in your profile, click on change avatar, then either choose a predone one, or choose one that is already loaded on a site on the net. If you find a pic you want, right click on it and go to properties, then copy the url. Then paste the url under the custom avatar space.
Not al sites let you remote link to their images, so keep taht in mind when you find a pic you like. You may have to save the pic and then load it onto your own personal site.. let me know if you are still ahving problems and I'll help youout more.
