Propagating other succulents is easy. Why not try cacti? The same basic principles apply. Have you every taken cuttings from your cacti? Share your experiences.

Hello, I apologize if this isn't the proper place for this question. I think I have a Pilosocereus Pachycladus. It is over 15 years old, healthy, about 2ft tall. One of the younger "braches" seems weak and is growing horizontaly. Should I cut this from the base and start a new plant? Never done this before
