only on those 3 last chests.. the other ones went fine.. but on the 3 last ones i get stuck.. I went back so i'll try to go from those small islands that are worlds taken over by the heartless and i'll go from "island" to "island"
If you'll look at the shape of the islands, they form arrows to point the direction. I know that there is one that you have to go out of your way to get to and then backtrack. And the only way to go is island to island. sorry.
