I would love to learn more about grant writing, and maybe even get good at it. I have seen expensive workshops advertised, and these often would rehire me to travel to take them.
I have tried reading a few books on grant writing, and it doesn't seem like it is enough to become good at it or find a niche. Is there anything the tnayone here did to get good at grant writing?

I took one online once with Bev Browning, the woman that wrote Grantwriting for Dummies. It was offered through edtogo and was only $95 a couple of years ago. It was excellent!

I just checked it out. It is $149 through ed2go and is called A to Z of Grant Writing.

I never thought about grant writing until Lisa posted. It is something I'll keep in mind.

I thought it was an excellent class and also offered great tips if you were going into business as a grantwriter. Ed2go has some really great classes. They were under $100 a few years back, but at $149, that's not too bad.

I went back to ed2go and checked the course through its partnership with my local community college. Same course and it was $104. Still online.

Plus they have a few more grantwriting courses.
