What a pretty cornbread! Those pepper and cilantro flakes look like confetti. And it sure sounds delicious. I am definitely going to make this tomorrow when I can pick up the serranos and fresh cilantro.

I decided to make small loaves to give for Thanksgiving treats! They'll be such a nice twist from regular cornbread.
Corn muffins might be nice, too, but the slices really showcase all the colorful flecks! Thanks for a terrific recipe, Sadhana!
