We enjoy Cooking with Dog. This week we made Mapo Tofu and Takoyaki. I replaced the octopus with shrimp.

Anyway, if you replaced the octopus with shrimp, it is no longer takoyaki as "tako" means octopus! Maybe it is "ebi-yaki" as ebi means shrimp! LOL.
