Yes Loong, Zoe Brennan is an excellent journalist and always worth reading whatever the topic. She takes an unbiased and balanced viewpoint, which is refreshing these days when so many journalists seem to have "an axe to grind", which quite often has very little relationship to the facts.
And as for a matriarchal system, that indeed seems to work very well when given the chance.
Germany's Chancellor, Angela Merkel, is doing a great job, and not only for Germany but also for the cohesion of Europe.
Am actually not at all sure what we would do without her and her pragmatic way of dealing with everything, life would certainly be even more complicated than it already is, that is a given.
