What are you doing these days?
Are you doing anything new these days to balance you, heal you, keep you sane?

I'm meditating daily; every morning. I find it to be a spiritual necessity for me at this time.
I'm traveling more (from my bucket list) and looking at boosting my career by adding a new discipline to it. I'm scheduling more than I have in the past.
I'm riding my bicycle more.
I'm saying "No" to nonsense and time wasters thus, enjoying more "me" time.

Hi, Yvonne. I've been trying to learn as much as I can from truly inspirational people, striving to gain much from their common mistakes and my many not-so-common ones. I find that doing so opens up new avenues for growth.

The only things that are keeping me sane and are helping me to not give up on getting out of the hell I am living are watching the Dallas Stars, listening to music and walking. When I do these things or when I am completely into a movie or a show I am watching I can escape from reality and/or have strength. And also the people I have found on the internet are an excellent help for me and the internet has been a way to finally express myself and be heard too. Before I had a computer with an internet connection nobody was there to listen to me so knowing that people out there are listening and care and encourage me is very appreciated.
