Do you agree that fashion does make a differences to your self-confidence?
The colors. the styles, the trend, the feelings.
Does it really make a differences to your character. Your self-confidences.

IMHO like most superficial things, fashion is as important as you want it to be.
For people who lack confidence in their appearance, it can be a huge confidence-booster. On the down-side, it can also attract a lot of attention - which can add to the stress for low-confidence folks at the same time!
I know for a fact that my lady feels a lot more confident when she looks good while I'm the opposite: fashion doesn't matter to me. Takes all sorts! :)

I do believe that fashion makes a difference to your self-confidence. I don't really think trends matter, but how you feel in your clothes do. However, clothing should not be used as a tent to hide in. I think women who hide in their clothes so as not to attract attention should really work on their self-esteem.
Wearing fabulous clothes should remind you of how fabulous you are, but it certainly doesn't add to your personality or value as a person. I think women need to stop dressing for attention. If you don't like it, don't wear it. Being fashionable means dressing well FOR YOUR BODY TYPE. Don't wear something because it's popular or on-trend. Wear things that look good on you, fits well, and is meant for your body type. I think this is the confidence booster affect of fashion. When you feel good, you can't help but walk with your head a little higher and have a little smile on your face.

To Her Korean closet,
All my life, as far as I can remember even today at 66 ,I was
always called excentric, because of the clothes I wore, the way
I wore them,my attitude.
One thing we often hear is ,I want to be loved for my inside.
So true, however if the outside is unappealing who wants to know
the inside.
I do not lack self esteem, but always look your best.My humble opinion.

Don't mix the notions of fashion and style! They are different.
Fashion includes the actual garments, style is how you use them.
Yves Saint Laurent said, "Fashion is fleeting....style is eternal."..

I do feel more confident when I go out with Michael Schumacher and Dallas Stars clothes but it has nothing to do with fashion it has to do with me being a fan and proud of it.
