What are the keys to career success? Maybe it's a combination of ambition and reflection. What are your keys to success?

Education and self ambition are two key elements. If you read every night before going to sleep rather than watching TV you can really make a difference in your intelligence. I find women are becoming more financially and socially knowledgable which is a step in the right direction for corporate gender balancing.

Finding something you can become passionate about is the most important I think. The only way to be truly ambitious is if it doesn't feel like work.

I find that career success depends upon whether you love what you do.When you wake up ready to go to work, you know you're in the right career.

My keys to success are passion and perseverance. If you can't find something you are passionate about then it's impossible to become fully disciplined and work your best at it.
