My lady's looking for a reliable, black eyeliner pencil that's water resistant. The two (excellent) ladies who work at our local Debenhams suggested getting the one from MAC... but not the current one.
They both said I should look for "the one before the new one". Does anyone have an idea of what that one might be called? (UK market, please.)
