I've gotten the 'fat belly' (translation of caladbolg from celtic). Did I need to get the Sun Sigil first? I've already spanked Yunalesca and have the Sun crest.

it doesn't matter as long as you have the sun crest and the sun sigil.
if you have them go to the macalania forest and find a big flower where a kid is standing/was standing

You need all the parts, sigil, crest and weapon to power up your Celestial Weapon to it's ultimate.

The order you get them in doesn't matter.
