you need to have the international version with the dark aeons to get him you have to beat all the dark aeons [ixeon twice] to activate him he appears on the list on the airship <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I've beaten him up in the european version , was too easy <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> there he's in the omega ruins... <img src="/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> quite a bit to walk, but soo easy <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

are you shure it wasnt ultima weapon see post penatance bellow for his stats hes not easy <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
