<CORRECTION that should've been BALTIMORE HARBOR not Boston. Bursting in air?.?.?. absolutely... Think of an aerial firework displays. The purpose was to vertically deliver maiming scrapnel, as wall/berms were erected to protect against direct firing weapons, like cannons & rifles.>
