It's always important to consider all the surrounding cards as well. People sometimes struggle reading Tarot when they look for a "set definition". Reading the interpretations of others before connecting fully with one's own interpretations can cause confusion and second-guessing.
Tarot is a very subjective art - there are no absolutes and what means one thing to you, may symbolize something rather different to someone else. Context, spread used, surrounding cards etc. are all important considerations and can easily change a cards interpretation.
A Page of Swords upright all by itself and properly balanced, to me, would represent someone open-minded, but cautious. Someone who can see clearly and is confident what actions to take. This would be someone who is driven and motivated. Reversed or out of balance a Page of Swords can sometimes indicate someone "reacting" rather than carefully considering his/her deeds. Perhaps a need to be more open-minded and cautious, a temper tantrum of sorts or impatience that leads to mistakes being made or having to fix or correct something. Immaturity. Those are my feelings/intuitions around this card - yours may differ and that's fine
Have you done a Tarot journal? If not, I would highly recommend it. It will help you truly connect very deeply with your cards and also build your confidence in your own interpretations.
