Well, i'd recommend you to eat more fruits since you are on a diet. It is really very healthy and nutritious.

Fruits are the best when dieting and specially that includes vitamin C..

Recently, we've been adding raw, powdered cacao to our morning smoothie. It has more antioxidants than green tea, plus flavonoids and magnesium for your heart.

Cacao is a superfood as far as nutrition and has less caffeine than either tea or coffee but it gives you energy and helps speed up metabolism. I feel more energy all day when I use it.

You need special care when you are on diet . So food selection is very important for this purpose . I think using of fruits and green vegetables would be useful . These foods are best for maintaining a good health .

Fruits and vegetables make you lose weight. Especially eaten as snacks. Thanks to vitamins! :)
