In your menu list go to customize, it's towards the bottom, then find the armor for the person you want to customize for, it has to have one empty slot in order to customize it. Then look for deathproof and you should be able to add it to your armor.

yeah but for reason deathproof is still not highlighted, that is what i'm confused about

Hmm, that's odd, is it already on your armor, are you sure you have 30 farplane winds. Sorry for asking silly questions, but I'm not sure what could be wrong.

I would just go ahead and try to fight her again without worrying about it. When she reaches her 4th form leave a couple of people zombied if at all possible. Then they won't be killed by her megadeath. And use dispel to remove any regen.
