I started the day with massive amounts of anticipating something awesome Hi! High! Let's Get Started! .

I offered my "wonder-virus" to everyone and now I am wondering, "What did the day bring you?

Please share...

I spent the day with my 3 girls. We watched Alice in Wonderland (no not the old classic, but the dark, modern, Johnny Depp and Tim Burton version). We ate lunch then, went shopping for produce. And finally, we went to our new beachfront playground (just steps from our front door).

It was all wonderful, but certainly, the playground was the moment I had been anticipating all day.

What did your day bring?

I tried to get yardwork done and the trimmer did fine for a while. Then it got jammed up. Even when I replaced the string spool it continued. After fighting with the trimmer for 20 minutes in the high humidity outside, I gave up and packed it in for the day. I was full of sweat because I do not do well in humidity, and I just wanted to get that darn trimming done once and for all.

My shower felt good. Tomorrow is another day......

I lost a forum thread and broke my brand new favorite sunglasses. Still, my can do attitude made everything seem minor.

And The Universe gave you the day off, followed by an amazing shower!

Debbie we rock!

Today, the day brought a beautiful visit to the Farmer's Market, the best cup of coffee, 3 happy, early-rising, swinging daughters of mine, a wonderful mom to whisk them away for a few hours, an afternoon nap, plans to watch Chicago fireworks after sunset, and a full moon.

Thanks Today!

Today my husband and I went to DQ for lunch then visited a furniture store and a charming shop that sold all sorts of candles and decorative items. We are decorating our small loft and we were searching for some additional items to add to what we already have. We have a rustic log home and want the small loft to look like an old farm kitchen.

Jenny, my visual of your space is cozy and chic. That sounds like a satisfying day.
