I love this list! It's funny because avoiding all of those foods seem like common sense to me, but yet we have to be reminded. Thank you for sharing!

Hello.... Every one have to take care about their food for their health. You can stay healthy when you get healthy food & avoid bad food. Thanks for sharing this information.

Thanks for the list! If everyone did this, we would all be a lot healthier. I strive to avoid all of those things in the recipes I post on the Healthy Foods website.

Would've been more fun if they actually were deadly LOL. Looks like that's a lot of people's diets out the window. Would be good to avoid, but difficult, covered a lot of things there. I think cutting back on them is the best most can do smile

This is such a great list! These foods ARE deadly. They are what's causing the obesity epidemic and many other deadly diseases that are bankrupting and killing people slowly (here in American and in England, Australia, Canada, and many other countries).

It is not impossible to avoid these foods it just takes daily effort and sometimes sacrifices in other areas to buy organic produce and non factory farmed meats and dairy (we gave up t.v. 5 years ago to afford organic, best choice we ever made). It also takes work to lower exposure to toxic chemicals but it can be done slowly and with help from various websites like:

mercola.com
drweill.com
localharvest.org
foodemocracynow.org
too many others to list

Being healthy is your choice to make. There is tons of free information out there than can help you get started. All you need is the desire to change. Don't let haters tell you it can't be done!
