Hi , as an Italian woman i love cooking pasta,
and i have been cooking in a restaurant back home.
Recipes sometimes are what is in your mind ,
just try your own thing.
Try to blend some tuna, pine nuts ,basil, olive oil,some blck olives ,not too much
salt if you add anchovies,once you get this sauce use it for the pasta you are going to boil separately.
In my previous post i mentioned Gourmet Eataly
they sell online , and they have the pesto cetarese in a jar,
try that is simply amazing , made with fresh fish from a small factory,
could be similar to what you are looking for.
