getting enough sleep can often 'solve' many of the other problems encountered with fibro. there are sleep routines to try, and positioning to reduce the stress on joints that can help. meditation and mindfulness can lessen stress so sleep can happen. for the low blood pressure, unless it's a combination of meds that is causing it, you just have to remember to be mindful (present) when sitting up or standing. move only as quickly or as far as your body will allow you to.
