Yesterday I picked a large bag of free pecans off the ground - they are laying out in the sun to make sure they are dry, before storing. So lots of free pecans!
Today I downloaded a free book from Amazon, by Lisa Shea: Seeing the Truth. I like free books!
I also spread my wood ashes on the pre-garden today, to get the mulching ready for spring. So that saved me money on fertilizer.
LOL, i also found some change: a penny on a trail in sedona, and a dime in a parking lot in camp verde. All change goes in my change jars. I have a different one for pennies, one for quarters, and one for nickles and dimes.

Today I saved money by calling in my meds, since I have state AHCCCS covering that. That saves me at least a couple hundred a month! I also saved myself from buying a ream of copy paper, by taking a ream that was only used on one side out of the town's paper recycing bin. I figure anything unshredded is fair game.

Today i saved $40 from not paying a late fee on my cell phone. I also saved myself from buying dinner out yesterday by carrying some food bars in my purse when i went to the movies (hunger games).

I saved money on an errand to another town today by going along with someone else when they were also going. I am sure i will return the favor eventually. But that saved me probably $20 in gas.

I saved $25 on neutering my boy cat! I found a once a year free cat spay program. So that is done - all the kittens are fixed.

I filled the gas tank this morning using the 10 cents/gallon discount from the grocery store, and paid $3.75/gal. This afternoon noticed that the prices suddenly went up to $4.15 a gallon!
For a change, I was on the right side of the price hike!

I saved money today by using coupons and bulk buying items on sale. In Canada, tissue at .50 a box is a bargain!
