I've become a vegetarian very recently and my husband has agreed to try it out too:) Could any of you share some good veg recipe sites? I want my husband to really like my dinners so he won't notice there is no meat.

Your main focus, after you grab the healthy ingredients, is going to be on technique. Your technique is going to coax all of that goodness out of your ingredients to make a new believer out of your husband.
