Are any of the teas listed by Dr. Oz on your regular drinking list?

Tell us how long you've been drinking that and how has it changed your life.

I've been recording Dr. Oz's show for about a month now so I could be sure and see all of them. I agree about green tea. I've been drinking it for about 7 years and really love it.

I like Republic of Tea for quality tea. Haven't tried the Kiwi Pear yet but it sounds good. They have a Ginger Peach green tea that is delicious. I also like Stash teas.

Congrats joanj! You may just be healthier for all the green tea drinking!

Many studies continue and tea in general is said to help us with many of our ailments and green tea is the highest on the antioxidant scale.

Keep drinking green tea and now I'm on a mission to drink everyone of Dr. Oz's list!

Happy tea drinking!

I've been drinking green tea for several years too since I saw it recommended by Dr. Andrew Weil. I think it's really helped my immune system and I rarely get even a cold.

Nice post, green tea is an antiviral agent and also it maintains a healthy, active metabolism and circulatory system on your body.
