I love to eat! I play tennis which keeps me in shape, but i eat a lot as well. For breakfast i eat 2 eggs with toast and oatmeal, but im hungry like an hour later. And it's the same for everything else I've tried. Is there any drink or specific food that has kept you full for a while?

Nothing keeps me full for the whole day. Though if I have a wholesome breakfast like eggs, chapati or bread and a cup of milk that keeps me full for at least 3-4 hours.

Have you tried drinking chia? Chia is a seed used by athletes to maintain energy and strength. it is high in amino acids and healthy fats. I buy it in bulk and mix it with 100% organic unfiltered apple juice. It takes a little time for the seeds to open a little and they do have a strange consistency but I like it! And i think they work. You can also buy kombucha with chia in it. Hope this helps!

Vegetables! I add them to every meal even to my protein shakes. They're low calorie, high fiber, and nutrient dense. I add spinach and a sprinkle of cheese to my eggs pretty much all the time. I add spinach or kale to my protein shakes (you can't even taste them). I also eat 2 cups of steamed veggies at dinner pretty much every night.

Also the less processed and more organic your food is the more full you will feel and the less cravings and hunger you will experience all day.

If I were you I would skip either the toast or oatmeal (have one or the other not both) and add some type of veggies to my eggs AND 1 piece of fruit to my breakfast preferably all organic and make sure your bread is whole grain or multi grain. That and about 32 oz of water with electrolytes should keep you full until lunch time.

If you add more natural food to your diet and you find you're still hungry you might want to look into metabolic typing.
