Oh my goodness! I totally agree - peppermint is delicious any time! I love those little Hershey white chocolate peppermint kisses, too - never see them except around the holidays as well. My birthday is next week so perhaps I'll try this with my kids. I'm teaching them how to cook and they want to bake a cake from scratch - this would be a great compliment to that.
