There is a lot of controversy surrounding the theory that Vitamin E gets rid of stretch marks. I was kind of curious and did my own experimentation a few years ago. I massaged the Vitamin E oil directly on stretch marks on the tummy area and to my surprise the marks slowly started to fade. I believe the oil does make stretch marks less visible. And of course, it is a cheaper alternative to those more expensive stretch mark creams in the stores.

i'm taking up 400IU of Vitamin E.. all i know is that it will make my skin glow, as it is a good source of anti oxidant... now i am more knowledgeable about the essential of vitamin E.. thanks for sharing info!!!
