There's a new article up on the Renaissance site - John Donne - Metaphysical Poet

"John Donne is most commonly known as the founder of the "Metaphysical Poets," a group which included such others as Samuel Johnson, George Herbert, Richard Crashaw, Andrew Marvell, and John Cleveland. These poets were known for works which startled the reader and led them to take different perspectives through paradox, argument and imagery."

After you've read the article, come on back here to discuss it!
