Shuto Con has announced that anime voice actor Richard Epcar will be a guest at their upcoming convention. Epcar is best-known as the voice of Batou in the Ghost in the Shell films.
Shuto Con is taking place March 16-18, 2012 at the Lansing Center in Lansing, Michigan.
