I just heard that, unfortunately, Isabel Hood, due to an extremely hectic schedule, at least for the time being, will no longer be writing at BellaOnline.
While on my tour of Oaxaca, I had been telling my traveling companions about BellaOnline and expressed my belief that since they all were interested in Mexican cuisine that they should look up the Mexico Food site as I believed that Isabel was the absolute best writer there. Her extensively researched articles and comprehensive recipes were a joy to experience.
Isabel, thanks for a fantastico, marvelisimo y magnifico two years of culinary journalistic delights.
