Many of you may know that every day I hold a cyber meditation at 8pm my time in the Netherlands, which would be 7pm UK, 2pm East Coast, 1pm Central, noon Mountain, 11am West Coast time.
Or, meditate at 8pm in your time zone so we create a rolling meditation around the globe.
I meditate for 10 minutes.
Please join me - it's for personal peace, and when more and more join in world peace will follow!

This is great, Susan! Thank you for starting this thread. I missed the cyber meditation today, bummer! I won't be around at noon until Saturday, but i will add this to my calendar to try to join yuo as often as I can. I hope to do a little meditating today - not right now. Still way too much to do while it's still daylight here.

I wish i was getting away. Actually, I don't - it's nice to be home right now. I just have a lot of appointments this week.
I am going to do the one minute meditation right now...
Done! That was actually very restful. Thank you for the reminder! I want to do this each day, with the eventual goal of setting aside enough daily time to do a fuller session.

Jilly, I'm happy you took the time for the one minute meditation. It goes to show that every precious moment in meditation pays off by giving the body and mind a rest.
