it s a song you listen to and all of a sudden you feel that it clears up all your aura and that it makes you want to kneel in extasy to encounter your divine self.
it doesn t have to be the whole song it can just be a melody in it or a riff.
it s a song that takes you somewhere else and basically blows you away and sometimes you can see where you ve been an idiot and also things you could mend to be more balanced.
it s a song that touches your chord and your primal self, and sometimes by listenning to it you just wonder what you ve been up to all that time.

What is your personal song that speaks to you?

My song is Thunder Road by Bruce the Boss...with these words speaking to me:

So you're scared and you're thinking
That maybe we ain't that young anymore
Show a little faith, there's magic in the night.....

You can hide 'neath your covers
And study your pain
Make crosses from your lovers
Throw roses in the rain
Waste your summer praying in vain
For a savior to rise from these streets....

and finally

its a town full of losers and I'm pulling out of here to win...

And his song, MAGIC, turned my life around with the words...

Now there's a fire down below
But it's comin' up here
So leave everything you know
And carry only what you fear
On the road the sun is sinkin' low
There's bodies hangin' in the trees
This is what will be, this is what will be

Peace.

you mean lyric wise at the moment would be

materialised in stone by marduk

The solemn tones of an ancient clock
Have announced midnight
The air is thick and heavy
A vast deathlike stillness pervades all nature

A faint pearl of thunder comes from far off
Drifting clouds obscures the moon
As I passed onto the path in darkness
The wind must have grown colder for I felt myself shiver
As I walked towards

Unaware of the light
I struggled through the night

A materialization of my fear - the light
Through stealthy shadows
Through darkened halls
As the first rays of the sun emerges from
The horizon

Unaware of the light
I struggled through the night

Materialized in stone
Embraced by the woods as my throne

Materialized in stone
Forever stand alone

Love the thunder.

And I suppose that the words serve as reminder, of what is possible.

The woods, well, there is energy within, under the boughs of trees and in the silence.

I know: I share the love of the woods and the magic therein, the creatures and smells and sounds.

November Rain by Guns and Roses was recently brought to my attention by a dear friend. The two verses that really speak to me are:

Cause nothin' lasts forever
And we both know hearts can change
And it's hard to hold a candle
In the cold November rain

I know it's hard to keep an open heart
When even friends seem out to harm you
But if you could heal a broken heart
Wouldn't time be out to charm you

I do, however, believe that there are some things that last forever.

Thunder! I love thunder and lightening -- a good storm like that sends vibrations and energies out to make one realize just how humble we are in the face of Mother Nature.

Some Native American peoples call Thunder and Lightening "The Twins". When they are getting ready to do battle, it is usually Thunder who draws his weapons first and sends out warnings.
