I maynot use the right terms but I will try. I bought a carved bone of an owl about 2.4 inches. I want to make a pendant out of it without drilling a hole. Is there something I can glue on to except a chain? Thanks, Tim

Hi, Tim. Yes, you can glue on a bail. This is a loop through which you can pass a chain. Do a Google Image search for "bail" + "jewelry" and you'll see what I mean. You can also look at the second photo in my article to see a bail. You can also wrap your pendant with silver or gold wire and form a loop at the top for a chain.

You could also wrap it in wire and make a terminating connector at the top. Then use a jumpring to connect it to the chain.
