Big G -- oh Google -- gosh, I don't even think of it as a service, just something I do 20 times a day to find some piece of information. Yes, I'd say Google too -- I'd have a hard time living without it. Amazon would be second.

I saw this question somewhere else and boy oh boy it is a very hard one to answer. But I'd definitely add banking to the top of the list.

The most I will do as far as banking, is to check my balance and transfer funds. Not ready to trust "cyberspace" to anything else as yet. Hey, it took becoming age 53, moving in with my boyfriend last year to finally figure out I needed to free up some "trees" from the snail mail I love. Now I love it, but still concerned about someone gaining access to my cash. But who knows, this may be the year for me to start doing "online" bill paying.
