How long have you been doing this "inspiration" thing?

I've been with Bellaonline.com since February, but I have been doing this Inspiration thing most of my life.

I've been that "go-to-person-for-a-little-pick-me-up" since I was kid. It became apparent to me when I was in highschool. People would say, "I'm having a problem and really need to talk to you," or "So & SO told me to come talk to you."

As an adult the same pattern continued. In 2000, after helping loved ones deal with death, I settled into it as a career/calling. It was natural and constantly calling to me. First I started hosting Free Weekly Meditations. Then, I started a bookclub. I developed and conducted a few workshops. Then, I became a Certified Silva Method Instructor. Finally, I moved into Life Coaching.

I am certain that Inspiring is my purpose. There is a little intuition that goes into it. There is a lot of benefit that comes out.

I've experienced the magical effects of a positive attitude and great expectations. So, I want it for the world.

How do you guard yourself from being "drained" by all the issues bring to you?

I love the social thing and I need an equal amount of "me" time. If I do not get that time, I miss out on recharging my batteries. Over an extended amount of time, I am forced to retreat and work within. I sort of care for myself the way we need to when we are coming down w/a cold or flu. I cleanse/detox & get very quiet (no tv & select music). I walk or run, do yoga & meditate. I listen a lot to my inner spirit & the words of others (because, The Universe sends messages in many forms). I get outside near nature and I seek moving waters (lake, streams, kitchen sink). And recently, I began getting in touch with crystals. My 1st purchase, the Selenite Wand.
