More sphere levels

In the original list at the monster arena fight ultima buster he gives out weapons with break mp limit and more importantly triple ap, triple overdrive, and overdrive to ap. I just sell the break mp limit weapons.

With the other weapons equipped fight don tonberry in the area conquest with everyones overdrive set to comrade, you must have auto-phoenix for this fight and dont forget to stock up on phoenix downs before hand. I tend to leave one person with a break damage weapon equipped. Have everyone attack and everyone will get kod (unless they have a huge amount of hp) but this will help charge up your overdrives and change into ap, auto-phoenix will bring them back to life. The slower you finish this fight the more sphere levels you will get.

In Species Conquest
Juggernaut - Strength Spheres

And if you meant power spheres you can fight Kottos in the Area Conquest you can use any of the four distillers and you'll get 40 with overkill.

Well that's a lot of info. Hope it helps.

A few regular monsters drop strength spheres, but 2 get AP aswell, go 2 Zanarkand in the dome or in Omega dungeons,or go fight cactaurs(they only give u speed spheres tho)

And if you choose Omega Ruins it would be good to have at least weapon with Confuseproof, Berzerkproof, and Poisonproof and never take that person out, not even for a switch in the middle of battle.

in the omega ruins you dont need confusionproof.stoneproof is better and if your getting screwed by them fiends youre better of with double ap in the zanerkand ruins where you dont have to worry about anything and if youre looking o build up players why would you fight in the original monster arena ????? most of the monsters in there hit for 20k+.back to the omega ruins with legand weapons you can kill most of the fiends in the game with one hit except original monster arena cause they all have 400 000 to 4 million hp.so if youre looking for experiance dont go too the monster arena cause youll probably get killed in seconds

confusion and beserk proof are VERY important in the omega dungeons, since the grand malboro (or what ever he is called) has an attack called bad breath which hits all of your characters at once with status effects. So if all of your guys are poisoned, beserked, and confused, it makes a cycle that you can't break of them killing themselves. You'll die and you can't do anything about it!
