There are different kinds of headaches, and each one requires a different treatment. There is the tention headache: It is dull constant, usually mild to moderate pain which is not incapacitating, often both sides of the head, the pain is accompanied by muscle tightness in the shoulders and neck area it may last from 30 minutes to a week. Two teaspoons of liquid calcium, will unlock the muscles, also massage, and rest.
The sinus/allergy headache: generally mild to moderate pain, especially around the sinuses, sometimes cause the teeth to ache. Mix a cup of water with a cup of apple cider vinegar, bring it to a slow boil in a medium sized pot. When the fumes began to rise, remove the pot from the stove, put pot on a protected surface, bend over the pot with a towel covering your head and the pot, inhale and exhale through your nose 80 times or for about ten minutes. Then vigously rub the middle joint of each thumb for two minutes each. This treatment will release the congestion in your sinuses.
Cluster headache: severe, sharp, stabbing pain, usually on one side , centered arond the eye almost always incompacitating. Causing 1 to 4 episodes a day for several weeks. can last from 10 minutes to 2 hours. Believed to be caused by a blood vessel swelling in the eye or head region. Ice packs, are revommeded. With deep breathing, inhale through the nose exhaile by the mouth, get rid of toxins. Do a treatment for 30 minutes at a time.
