This video was taken in Taiwan.
Can anyone here identify the sub species of white eye here?
And the name of the tree or plant they are feeding on?

The only species of White-eye I found in the Clements Checklist of Birds of the World that is in the Taiwan area is the Japanese White-eye, Zosterops japonicus, and the subspecies found in Taiwan is Z.j. simplex.
Sorry, I do not know the plant they are feeding on.

Thank you for that subspecies ID.
I wrote to my Taiwanese mountain climbing friends and hopefully they have friends that know and like to identify strange plants and trees.
But yet to hear from them. When I do, I will give the name of the tree/plant here as well.

I got that tree identification as Triadica sebifera or the Chinese tallowtree from a German birdie forum.
Not so surprisingly, that is common in USA too. Planted at first for beauty and oil production and then invading all over.

We, humans, are rather bad news to flora and fauna of our poor planet.
