Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD degrees are available through distance learning. It is also possible to earn either an undergraduate or a graduate certificate. This article tells you what an undergraduate certificate is, where you can earn one, and the benefits of earning one.

Undergraduate Certificate Programs

It seems to me that these certificate courses could be very useful to people who do not plan to get a college degree but are interested in a particular career. It could give them that extra advantage to get a job in which a degree is not required. It would also be helpful to those who are already working but would like to learn a few more skills or acquire some extra knowledge in their field.

The certificate serves both educational and vocational purposes through an advancement of an understanding of global affairs and other cultures and preparation for a growing number of international careers in government, business, and non-governmental organizations. It is always beneficial to do such courses. Thanks.

That's very true. Obtaining a certificate in communication, leadership, or international business management are excellent examples of how useful undergraduate certificate programs can be for some of thosse international careers you mention.

Thanks for your input.

Definitely I would agree that having more certifications and confirmed skill sets can be helpful when applying for jobs or looking for a promotion within an existing job.

Those credentials can help a resume stand out.
