A lot of people blame their bad childhoods for their behavior and the life they are living. Many of the posters on this forum have experience with others who are unwilling to accept accountability for their own actions. No one discounts the impact of childhood on adulthood, but it is not a life-sentence if yours wasn't perfect. Please read my newest article for reinforcement that we have not forfeited our right and responsibility to make good decisions.
