Vitamin e is a good vitamin for many purposes. The vitamin e oil is good to dab on dry lips. I use the vitamin e oil to make my eyelashes thicker. Rub dabs on lashes once a day.

I have incredibly dry skin (like super SUPER dry) and I use oil of olay cream that has Vitamin E. I don't know about the benefits for everyone else, but it definitely helps my skin stay healthy looking.

Vitamin E. Studies suggest that topical vitamin E, particularly alpha tocopherol cream (a form of vitamin E), decreases skin roughness, length of facial lines, and wrinkle depth.

Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin which means that it is more easily absorbed when taken with food with fat.
Vitamin E helps to protect cells from damage done by free radicals (loose electrons) that can damage cells. It is entirely possible that free radicals may play a part in heart disease and cancer. Immune function is improved and it repairs DNA and also aids in other metabolic processes.

I had no idea about the link to cancer. How does it do on stretch marks?
