I like number one. Many years ago I ended up thinking of an easy way for me to include exercise in my life in a way that I would not give up on it and this was the best idea for me. When I start a new exercise I do it once the first day then I add one more every day until I finish with this exercise. I also just do one exercise at a time. This way it is easy and not too long so I do not end up giving up like I do with everything else. I can also set a goal of how long I will do that exercise and also not give up on that. Plus my endurance is not high so like that I can do the exercise with one try instead of stopping then starting again until it is done.
