Hi Emma,

Not being sure if you're interested in fashion design or food and beverage or any other field is ok.

I would say, the only way to get training is to either, go school or you may need to find a job in that industry to get the training you need.

I'm sure if you go to your local college or university, (if there is one in close proximity) and you may be able to find people in the food/beverage profession. Ask instructors, they would be "in the know".

As with the fashion design, there are culinary schools that provide classes, but I don't think any of it would be free training.
