Natural Relief for Blackheads

I have found that fish oil, a multi-vitamin plus B Vitamins are wonderful for eliminating inflammation and clearing up acne. I have read that the B vitamin group is good for maintaining collagen, too. So, there may be long term benefits to this nutritional regimen.

I use a toner with witch hazel from Celeteque. It's an oil free toner as well. And aside from exfoliation which I do two times a week, I also apply face mask once in a week. I use the mask from Omorovicza, their Deep Cleansing Mask, because it's a clay mask.

I have a neat trick to share: You can get rid of blackheads by mixing a lotion with equal parts of lime juice, almond oil and glycerin. Then apply it to your face, relax for 20 minutes and wash your face thoroughly.

I try to do it, but I don't know when i can get rid of acne.

Try a teaspoon of Unflavored gelatin and a teaspoon of milk mix it together microwave it for 10 seconds stir... it will smell like cat poo its gross.. apply to your nose and once completely dry remove. I have tried it but it doesn't work for me. But many others have had success with it. Good Luck!! www.expresspharmarx.com
